Preparation of Millets Bisi Bele Bhath
1. Cook one glass millet of your choice and one glass toordal and vegetables.
2. In a mixie jar add 3 or 4 spoons of Sambar Stories Bisi bele bhath powder ,1 onion, 2 tomatoes, required salt, little tamarind paste, little jaggery (optional) and grind together.
3. In a kadai, add 3 spoons of ghee or oil heat and add mustard and cumin , curry leaves to this add the grinded paste and boil. Add cooked dal and millet, mix well and boil.
4. Serve with chips or Appalam.
