How to prepare Puliyogare?


Preparing Puliyogare Gojju (Paste) with Rasam powder from Sambar Stories 

1. Soak lemon size Tamarind in water and prepare paste.

2.In a kadai and add 3-4 teaspoons of oil and heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin,curry leaves and groundnuts.

3.Add the tamarind paste ,3 teaspoons Sambar Stories Rasam powder, salt,  2 tablespoons of jaggery (optional) and  boil until thickens.

4.To this gojju  (paste ) mix either steam cooked rice or soaked Poha etc.,
