What payment methods do we accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking (Via Payment gateway).You can also opt for Bank deposit method and transfer the bill amount online to the account specified once you complete your order. Buyers outside India can pay through Paypal which lets us accept American Express and Discover cards too. We also offer cash-on delivery in India.
Is it safe to shop online using your Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So you don't have to worry about that!
What should you do if a payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring the information you entered is accurate and your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase? (Only For customers in India)
We offer COD service with nominal charges. When we receive your order with COD payment option,you will receive a call from us to confirm your order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us to receive your order.
What if Cash on Delivery option is not available on your address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges.You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
